GPR Concrete Scanning

Ensure your cutting, coring & anchoring works are carried out safely & efficiently by having all penetration locations scanned using Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) by fully trained technicians.
Striking post-tension (PT) ducts, reinforcement or embedded services can cause major safety incidents, structural damage & costly delays. Scanning & marking all embedded features prior to works helps you meet due diligence requirements & significantly reduces risk to your team & your project. Identifying reinforcement can also reduce cutting time & cost by allowing core locations to be adjusted to avoid bars.
Often incorrectly referred to as “Concrete X-Ray,” GPR Concrete Scanning uses specialised radar technology to locate objects within concrete slabs, walls, blockwork, columns & other masonry elements. Unlike real X-Ray (which requires radioactive sources, exclusion zones & licensed operators) GPR scanning is non-destructive, safe for all personnel & does not require site evacuation.
Our technicians use professional-grade equipment designed specifically for concrete imaging, not generic or hire-grade tools. This allows us to achieve clearer data, greater reliability & more consistent results than lower-grade systems. All technicians undergo structured, competency-based training supported by years of field experience, ensuring you receive the high-quality service expected on modern construction sites.
